Terms of service

Live Openings & No Refund Policy:
All card packs are opened live during our TikTok stream. Due to the nature of live openings, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a pack is purchased and opened. Once you buy a pack, you must stay in the live session to see your cards revealed.


Damaged Cards & Returns:
If you receive a card that is damaged during shipping, you must inspect it within the first 2 hours of receiving it. To initiate a return for damage, email us immediately with a clear photo of the damaged card as it arrived in its original packaging. Once we review and approve your case, you must return the card to us (you will initially cover shipping). Upon receipt and inspection, we may provide a refund. If the card is deemed undamaged or as described, we will send it back to you, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs.


Leaving the Live Stream:
If you purchase a pack and leave the live stream before we open it, you are not eligible for a refund. All purchases must be opened during that live session. It is your responsibility to stay present.


Unclaimed Cards:
If you do not arrange collection or confirm shipping details by the end of the live session, we will hold your cards for 1 month. If, after 1 month, we have not received communication from you, the cards will be considered void. No refunds will be provided for unclaimed cards.


Shipping & Delivery:
Orders within Australia typically take 1 to 2 weeks for standard shipping. For international orders, delivery may take approximately 1 to 3 weeks. If you wish, you can select express shipping at checkout, which will generally ensure delivery by the next business day.


Liability Disclaimer:
Once your order is handed over to the courier, we are no longer responsible for any loss, delay, or damage during transit. Any claims for lost parcels must be directed to the shipping provider.


Product Availability & Pricing Changes:
We reserve the right to change product prices or availability at any time without prior notice. If a product becomes unavailable after purchase but before the live opening, we will contact you for a replacement or refund.


Dispute Resolution:
In the event of any dispute arising from purchases or these terms, we encourage you to contact us first to resolve the matter amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.


Privacy Policy:
We respect your privacy and will retain your customer data (such as contact details) for 12 months, after which it will be automatically deleted. You may contact us at any time to request early deletion of your data, and we will comply, unless otherwise required by law. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties beyond those needed for order fulfillment.


Pre-Orders:
When you place a pre-order, payment is taken immediately to secure your item. Estimated release or delivery dates are subject to change. If a release is delayed, we will notify you with the updated timeline. If the product is still not released by that revised timeline, we will offer you a refund at that point. If the product is canceled entirely, a full refund will be issued.
